How membership downloads work
Membership includes 20 download credits per membership month. Getting a link uses one credit. Sample and Full for the same video share that credit for 72 hours. Public Preview uses no credits.
How credits and monthly resets work
A monthly purchase includes one allowance of 20 credits for its paid term. An annual purchase includes 12 allowances of 20 credits, released monthly from the start of that paid term, not all at once. The final allowance ends when that term expires; extra days do not create an extra allowance. Renewals begin after your existing paid term. Unused credits do not roll over.
A credit is used when you get a download link, even if you do not download the file. The 72-hour window starts with the first charged link; getting another link does not extend it. After 72 hours, a new link uses another credit.
