- The public Preview is a separate file, not the complete scene. Its measured resolution and duration are shown when available.
- Use Preview to check loading and playback on your device before choosing access to private downloads.
If the Preview does not load
If the page says the Preview is being prepared, it is currently unavailable. Otherwise, try reloading the page and check whether another Preview plays on the same connection. Report the video page, browser, device and error to support. Do not send your password.
The complete scene is download-only. Buying access does not replace the browser Preview with the Full file.
